1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop operated by

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

A consumer within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.

2. Contracting Party and Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with:

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.

By clicking the order button (“Buy now”), you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart.

Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent automatically by email immediately after submitting the order. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

The contract is concluded only when we accept the order via an order confirmation email or by shipping the goods.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown in the shop are final prices.

In accordance with §19 of the German VAT Act (UStG – small business regulation), VAT is not charged or shown.

Additional shipping costs may apply and will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are indicated on the respective product pages.

If a product ordered is not available, we will inform you immediately. Any payments already made will be refunded without delay.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

PayPal
Klarna / Sofort (if available)
other payment methods displayed during checkout

Your payment method will be charged immediately after the order is completed.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Warranty

The statutory consumer warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

The Seller shall be fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

Otherwise, the Seller shall only be liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability shall only exist if a material contractual obligation has been breached.

Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
